  Worst experience I had at ANY hotel! We drove 7 hours...get here at 5:00... we pay for the rest of our stay... everyone gets their arm bands...then they tell us the room is not ready!!! They don’t have a estimated time... they will call us when the room is ready!!?? I confirmed check in was 4:00...so we are sitting in the parking lot looking lost... we decided to go get food... they called at 6:15 saying our room is ready... smh... the outdoor showers were out of order.. the vending machine out of order.. we get to the room... the shower leaks constantly...the king size bed didn’t have a blanket...lamp didn’t work...hope the rest of our stay is better. They made me pick a star I wouldn’t have given them anything.*update* the air conditioner back.. that’s on the balcony..fell when we were sitting by it.. the draw on the night stand was broke.. it fell off.. we talked to the manager.. she said they were aware of those 2 issues!! We were reimbursed half of a night rate....never again!!!
